Renowned photojournalist Paul Prior goes home to New Zealand for his father’s funeral.
Whilst sifting through the personal effects of his father’s haven, he meets Celia, the teenage daughter of his former flame. She actively pursues a friendship with him, fascinated by his cynicism and worldly experiences beyond her small-town existence.
But many, including the members of both their families, frown upon the friendship and events take a turn for the worse. Mystery drama.
